RFP (Request for Proposals) Bids

Special Education Contracted Services

We are in the process of gathering bids for special education contracted services for next year at North Lakes Academy, a K-12 Charter School in Forest Lake, in its 26th year of operation.

North Lakes Academy, an environmental charter in Forest Lake, is seeking special education contracted services for the 2026-2027 school year. We have a current child count of 130 students and anticipate the following needs next school year:

​

  • Speech Language Pathologist 

  • Occupational Therapist, REgistered 

  • School Psychologist 

  • DAPE teacher 

  • DHH teacher 

  • Audiology 

  • PI consultant 

  • PT 

  • ECSE consult 

  • Licensed School Nurse (general ed. also) 

 

Please complete the GOOGLE FORM  to express your interest in working with North Lakes Academy next year. You may include multiple services in one bid, if your company offers this. However please complete separate forms for each service if the details are different for each service.  Bids will be reviewed April 22, 2026.

Food Service Management Contract

North Lakes Academy is now accepting bids for contracted meal vendors for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.  An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on January 5, 2026 at 1:00pm.  Proposals will be due no later than 3:00pm on January 19, 2026.  Please see the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) for more information.
