SCHOOL AGE CARE
Connections LLC is a licensed childcare company contracting with North Lakes Academy to provide childcare before and after school for up to 26 kids in kindergarten through 6th grade.
Care is provided only on days when school is in session. Morning care is not provided if school has a late start due to weather but will provide after school care for 2 hours if school closes early.
After school the school cafeteria is converted into an area where a great variety of playing and learning supplies are provided for kids in Connections.
We also offer a healthy snack each day and spend time at the outside play area.
Morning sessions are from 6:15am to 7:20am.
After school sessions are from 2:15pm to 6:00pm.

*A consistent schedule has a pattern and stays the same throughout the school year.

Payment for drop-in care must be paid on the day you drop off/pick up your child.
REGISTRATION
To register your student(s) for before and/or after school care please fill-out the following 3 forms and pay the Registration Fee:
1. Registration Form (click to fill-out online)
2. Health Care Summary (print & mail with registration fee)
3. A Bit About Your Child (print & mail with registration fee)
Registration Fee is $30 per child, make checks payable to "Connections."

NOTE: Registration is not complete until the Registration Fee has been received. You have a maximum of one month to turn in your Health Care Summary form.

Payment is due on a monthly basis and is prepaid 2 weeks in advance with the exception of September. Payment for September can be paid at the Back to School Event or on the first day of dropping off (morning care) or picking your child up from Connections after school.
