TEACHER EXPECTATIONS: MIDDLE SCHOOL CLASSROOM TEACHER
We are building the next generation of U.S. and global citizens and we are looking for leaders to help architect, design, and reimagine the future of education for students and the adults that love them. As a part of the teacher-leadership team, you will work directly with the executive director and school directors to make amazing experiences for middle schoolers. Oversee the work of curriculum, classroom, and collaboration to engineer a beautiful, scalable, and reliable experience across our K-12 school platform and programs

Responsibilities and Experience

Help lead the design of the mathematics department experience with colleagues on both campuses

Use and improve curriculum mapping content to provide the best educational opportunity

Plan, innovate and reflect on lessons throughout the year through admin observations, staff observations, and peer observations

Hold accountability and expectations high to demand the best performance possible from the student body and each other
